Cancellation

If you need to change your order or simply want to cancel it, please reach out to us via our "Contact Us" page or send an email to voltedgepower@gmail.com with your order number. Our support team will respond to your request via email within one business day. Cancellations or order modifications are only possible if your order is still in the "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return policy outlined below.

Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns claim within 7 days of delivery. Please review the following conditions for return eligibility:

Damaged During Shipment

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, supported by clear pictures and a description of the damage. Once our support team approves the return, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, with supporting pictures and a description. Once our support team approves the return, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected, and the refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Refund Limitations

We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to improper use. Additionally, returns will not be accepted if the product does not suit a specific application. Please ensure you review the product specifications and datasheets thoroughly before placing your order.

Return and Refund Claims will be denied in the following cases:

Altered or Damaged Condition: Products that have been altered, soldered, or modified in any way, preventing them from being returned in their original condition.

Late Claims: Claims submitted more than 7 days after receipt of the product.

Lack of Proof for Manufacturing Defects: Customers must provide clear evidence of a manufacturing defect to validate a claim. As these are highly technical products, proper knowledge and handling are required for their use. Claims for damage caused by misuse, such as burns or malfunctions due to incorrect handling, are not eligible for return or refund. Clear proof of the defect must accompany any claim.
